Abstract
Technology transfer is one of the strategic issues in the future planning of various industries, including the drilling industry. Considering the importance of strategic alignment for the realization of organizational goals, the present research has evaluated the quality of the strategic model of technology transfer based on scenario development and analysis of sustainability and strategic alignment. The research method is mixed (qualitative and quantitative). In the qualitative part, using the grounded theory method and interviews with 28 executives and academics, coding based on Max Kyuda software was done and five main dimensions were identified, which include alignment maturity, organizational dimensions, strategic alignment, scenario development and technology transfer. . In the quantitative part, fuzzy dimethyl was used to prioritize the scenarios. On this basis, alignment maturity has 9 components, of which group business has the most frequency. The dimension of scenario development also has 9 components, of which scenario design has the most frequency. The technology transfer dimension has 10 components, endogenous development has the most frequency, and then the organizational dimension has 6 components, and organizational structure has the most frequency, and finally, strategic alignment has 7 components, and organization management has the most frequency. In the findings of the quantitative method, it was determined that the maturity dimensions of alignment, technology transfer, and strategic alignment were effective, and the dimensions of scenario planning and organizational dimensions were effective in the drilling industry.
