Abstract
To succeed in the implementation of the knowledge management strategy, the first step is to be aware of the knowledge status of the organization, knowledge audit is a systematic scientific evaluation to measure and evaluate the knowledge status of the organization and the effectiveness of knowledge management in the organization. The purpose of this research is to provide a knowledge audit framework in mission-oriented organizations. The implementation of the research was done in three main phases or steps: in the first step, by determining the research objectives and using keywords, the sources related to the topic were searched and found, then the main sources were identified and selected with the methods of meta-synthesis and content analysis. The second step was done by reviewing the research literature, conceptualization, extracting and coding the dimensions and components of knowledge audit, in the third step of the research, drawing and validating the theoretical model of the research using statistical methods and software and factor analysis, and finally developing an operational model and the knowledge audit framework was made according to the theoretical model.
In the process of conducting the research, 3 questionnaires were used, the first questionnaire was for the classification and appropriateness of the criteria (screening), which was given to 10 professors of the Strategic Management and Human Capital Research Institute of the National Defense University, the second questionnaire was for developing the theoretical model of the research in It was distributed among 93 CEOs, human resources and research and development in Iran Scientific and Industrial Research Organization, the third questionnaire was used to validate the proposed operational model. The statistical sample of the research at this stage included 9 professors of the Department of Knowledge Management, Higher National Defense University, who finally evaluated the model from various dimensions
