Abstract
The present study was written with the aim of providing strategies for the training and excellence of AJA commanders and managers with an emphasis on Jihadi management. The statistical population of this research includes the elites and experts of Aja in the four forces of Aja and scholars, clerics and academic professors of the armed forces outside Aja in the number of 80 people. The current research is in the category of applied-developmental research and a combination of quantitative and qualitative data (with a mixed approach) including interviews and open and closed questionnaires has been used. In this research, in order to extract indicators and factors affecting the training and excellence of commanders and managers with a jihadist approach, as well as to calculate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; In addition to studying the above documents including the Quran, Nahj al-Balagha, hadiths and narrations, statements of the Imams of the Revolution, the general document of the comprehensive system of education and training of the General Staff and AJA and related researches, in-depth (semi-structured) interviews were also conducted with experts. Therefore, for this purpose, five questionnaires were prepared and the following results were obtained: identification of 46 strength factors; 27 factors of weakness; 23 opportunities and 15 threats.
