Abstract
Dealing with the threat and trying to deepen the knowledge and awareness of the characteristics and behavioral framework of the enemy in a possible confrontation is one of the common actions in the armed forces of any country and leads to the desired and successful performance of military units in conflict conditions. The current research, according to this necessity, defines operational indicators, the performance of the US Army. as the main serious threat against the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the course of war: 1991 Iraq (oil war), 2001 Afghanistan and 2003 Iraq (war of sovereignty). It is required for library and documents and using the descriptive-analytical method after conducting theoretical studies, analysis and analysis of descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS software, the research question was summarized and finally, using Friedman's test, 35 hypotheses were formulated as the enemy's behavioral framework in a possible confrontation with the republic. Islamic Iran presented that, except in two cases, the rest of the assumptions were approved by the expert community of 40 people, consisting of commanders and officials of strategic ranks in the army, army, and the general staff of the armed forces. The result of the research is that although the tactics of the Americans in these wars apparently have differences, their behavioral framework is at different levels. It almost follows a pattern. The main phase of the battle is "air operations" and the infantry (marines) comes into action when it ensures the destruction of the combat power and the lack of fighting will of the other side, or the need to use infantry for ground operations and occupying the territory. In a possible confrontation with the Islamic Republic of Iran, in an aerial battle characterized by the intensity and volume of fire, persistence, simultaneous targeting of military, political, economic and ministerial centers, the Americans will pursue the separation of the people from the government as the most important goal, and psychological operations in order to remove the will to fight. The influence will be focused on the will of the decision makers and most importantly on displeasing the people.
