Abstract
In recent years, information and knowledge have replaced capital and energy as the most important assets; in the other words, with the change of the new structures of organizational strategies and their emphasis on planning based on the use of resources, knowledge has become one of the important bases of strategic planning, and the possession of knowledge and knowledge management is a solid position for the continued life of dynamic organizations. and has become innovative, knowledge management refers to a set of processes that result in knowledge being produced, acquired, maintained and used, and its purpose is to exploit intellectual assets to increase productivity, create new values and increase competitiveness, on the one hand, considering Because mission-oriented organizations have a large number of professional and specialized employees who are engaged in knowledge-based activities and the members of these organizations are mainly involved in policy-making activities and the implementation of notified approvals, the complexity of decision-making in these organizations is high, for this reason, this type of organization requires acquisition They are constantly acquiring knowledge from the internal and external environment in order to have the ability to respond, innovate and adapt more efficiently to the conditions. One of the most important concerns of organizations in the field of knowledge management is how to implement and implement it correctly. Knowledge management is inevitable according to local and cultural conditions in accordance with mission-oriented organizations, the purpose of this research is to provide a model of the main processes of knowledge management, the current research is an applied research with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative), the implementation of the research in three phases Or, the main step was done: in the first step, by setting the research objectives and using keywords, searching and finding related sources in the subject literature was done, then the main sources were identified and selected with meta-combination and content analysis methods, in the second step, by examining Research literature focused on the conceptualization and extraction of dimensions and components of knowledge management. In the third step, the indicators were prioritized by distributing the questionnaire and using the Delphi method. 2 questionnaires were used for the implementation of the research, the first questionnaire was for prioritization and appropriateness of the criteria (screening) which was given to 18 experts of the Navy, the second questionnaire was used to validate the proposed operational model. The statistical sample of the research at this stage included 15 experts and professors from the Navy, who finally evaluated the model from various dimensions.
