Abstract
One of the most important concerns of organizations in the field of knowledge management is how to implement and implement it correctly. Knowledge management is inevitable according to local and cultural conditions in accordance with mission-oriented organizations, the purpose of this research is to provide a model of the main processes of knowledge management, the current research is an applied research with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative), the implementation of the research in three phases Or, the main step was done: in the first step, by setting the research objectives and using keywords, searching and finding related sources in the subject literature was done, then the main sources were identified and selected with meta-combination and content analysis methods, in the second step, by examining Research literature focused on the conceptualization and extraction of dimensions and components of knowledge management. In the third step, the indicators were prioritized by distributing the questionnaire and using the Delphi method. 2 questionnaires were used for the implementation of the research, the first questionnaire was for prioritization and appropriateness of the criteria (screening) which was given to 18 experts of the Navy, the second questionnaire was used to validate the proposed operational model. The statistical sample of the research at this stage included 15 experts and professors from the Navy, who finally evaluated the model from various dimensions.
