Abstract
According to the nature of the subject, the conducted research is of an applied type and the related research method is in accordance with the descriptive method. To carry out the research, information has been collected through field and library methods.
According to the standard stages of the Kano model, the questions of the questionnaire have been designed and used in two functional and non-functional modes and based on the five-choice Kano range. The validity and reliability of the questions in the questionnaire were calculated as 98% and 92%, respectively, by using the calculations of the Lausche coefficient and Cronbach's alpha.Due to the fact that the size of the statistical population is equal to 840 people, the sample size was equal to 266 people using Cochran's formula.To achieve the calculated sample size, proportional stratified random sampling method was used.The findings of the research indicate that if the specified six basic needs are met, the level of satisfaction of Payor Napaja employees is equal to 28%, and if the six basic needs are not met, their level of dissatisfaction is equal to minus 67 (-67) percent. will be; Also, the results showed that if the specified twelve functional needs are met, the level of satisfaction of Payor Napaja employees will be equal to 68%, and if the aforementioned twelve functional needs are not met, their level of dissatisfaction will be minus 84 (-84) percent.Finally, if the specified seven motivational needs are met, the level of satisfaction of Payor Napaja employees will be equal to 69%, and if the seven motivational needs are not met, their level of dissatisfaction will be minus 32 (-32) percent.
