چکیده
با توجه به تغییرات محیطی حاکم و تغییر سبک کسبوکارهای مختلف، کنترل اکثر فرآیندهای کسبوکارها نیز تغییر و به سمت رویکردهای جدید گرایش پیدا کرده است. در این راستا، سازمانها برای رسیدن به اهداف متعدد خود نیازمند نظام کنترل راهبردی هستند. کنترل راهبردی آخرین مرحله در فرآیند مدیریت راهبردی را نشان میدهد که سازمان را قادر میسازد از نتایج اجرای راهبرد خود و میزان موفقیت در آن مطلع شود. در این زمینه، سازمانها برای دستیابی به این نوع کنترل با چالشهایی مواجه بوده که پژوهش حاضر در تلاش است تا بتواند این چالشها را احصا کند و سطحبندی مناسبی از این چالشها ارائه دهد. روش پژوهش حاضر مبتنی بر مرور نظاممند بوده و بر مبنای مقالات منتشر شده در مجلات معتبر و همچنین نویسندگان با درجه علمی بالا انجام شدهاست. پس از گردآوری مقالات منتشر شده در حوزه کنترل راهبردی نهایتاً تحلیلهای 19 مقاله مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتیجه بررسی این تحلیلها نشان میدهد که چالشهای اساسی نظام کنترل مدیریت راهبردی را بر اساس چهار سطح میتوان تقسیمبندی کرد: 1) چشم انداز و اهداف 2) ساختار سازمان 3) راهبرد سازمان 4) محیط. مهمترین بخش چالشهای نظامهای کنترلی ناشی از این چهار سطح است که میتواند تا حد زیادی شکافهای مربوط به این موارد را پوشش دهد. در نهایت، اینکه در هر سطح مضامین مرتبط براساس اولویت ذکرشده در مقالات ارائه شده است.

چکیده [English]
Due to the prevailing environmental changes and the changing of different business styles, the control of most business processes has changed and has become oriented towards new approaches. In this regard, To achieve its multiple goals, an organization needs a strategic control system. Strategic control represents the last phase in the strategic management process that enables the institution to know the results of its implementation of the strategic choice and the extent of success in that. To achieve this type of control, he has faced challenges in the present research he is trying to identify the challenges and provide appropriate leveling of them. The current research method is based on a systematic review, which was selected based on articles published in reputable journals as well as authors with a high scientific degree. After collecting the articles done in the field of strategic control, finally, the analyzes of 19 articles were examined. The results of these analyzes showed that the basic challenges of the strategic management control system can be divided into four levels: 1. vision and goals; 2. Structure; 3. strategy and 4. environment. The most important part of the challenges of control systems is caused by these four levels, which can largely cover the gaps related to these cases. Finally, related themes were presented in each section based on the priority mentioned in the articles
