This research was conducted in order to identify and validate the dimensions, components and productivity indicators of the employees of a military organization.
The research method was mixed (qualitative using grounded theory and then quantitative using SPSS software). The statistical population included professors, commanders, managers and students of the organization. In the qualitative part, the statistical sample was selected based on gradual selection, theoretical adequacy and availability, and the interviews continued until reaching theoretical saturation. In the quantitative part, the sampling method was a simple random type. Taking into account the error value of 0.05 and using Cochran's formula, 140 people were selected as a sample. In the qualitative part, Lincoln and Goba's evaluation method was used to ensure validity and reliability, and in the quantitative part, by calculating Cronbach's alpha, a value of 0.955 was obtained. By analyzing the findings of the qualitative stage, a paradigmatic model of employee productivity was drawn. One-Sample T Test was used to validate the model. The findings showed that the main dimensions of productivity are "management factors" and "individual and personality factors". The growth of talents, creation of added value, gaining competitive advantage, improving the quality of work-life, increasing public satisfaction, reducing work injuries, improving organizational culture and sustainable development were expressed as the consequences of employee productivity.
