The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize the drivers of financial performance management development in Dana Insurance Company of Sistan and Baluchestan Province. Given that the present research is a survey and applied research, an analytical hierarchy process questionnaire was used to collect information. The statistical population of the present research includes those involved in financial affairs of Dana Insurance Company in Sistan and Baluchestan Province, which is 35 people, all of whom were selected by census method. Initially, the main factors affecting the financial performance of Dana Insurance Company were identified through the Delphi technique, which included relationship management, information management, logistics management, and quality management. In the second part, a paired comparison questionnaire was used to prioritize its factors and indicators, the validity of which was confirmed by experts, and the inconsistency rate was used to measure the reliability, accuracy, and precision of the experts' responses, and its reliability was confirmed based on the inconsistency rate values calculated to be less than 0.1. The research findings showed that among the four drivers of financial performance, the logistics management dimension with a weight of 0.363 has the highest importance among the dimensions, and the quality management, relationship management, and information management dimensions with weights of 0.320, 0.179, and 0.138, respectively, are in other priorities. In this regard, in order to enhance the financial strength of companies, managers and strategists should pay special attention to the drivers and catalysts for the development of financial performance management in organizations so that it can serve as a crutch for those implementing organizational strategies and has the ability to motivate employees and predict environmental changes.
