Read More The increasing development of the Islamic Revolution and the emergence and emergence of new opportunities and threats have made the Guardsmanship a product of the Islamic Revolution Front in various and different dimensions, and have required them to use the accumulated experiences of the past, innovate and take shortcuts, break the boundaries of knowledge, and produce knowledge that is in line with new scientific horizons. The aim of the current research is to analyze and prioritize the basic strategies for producing knowledge of the Guardsmanship of the Islamic Revolution. This research was applied in terms of its purpose; in terms of information collection, it was exploratory research, and in terms of its nature, it was descriptive-survey. The research method is mixed and qualitative and quantitative. The statistical population of this research includes the organizational experts of the Revolutionary Guards and the academic and scientific elites of the armed forces organizations. The statistical sample was selected in the qualitative part by purposive sampling method and in the quantitative part based on the Morgan table, with a total of 30 people. In the qualitative part of the research, the necessary data were extracted using documentary studies and the focus group method and analyzed using the identification method. The information collection tool in the quantitative part is a questionnaire, the validity and reliability of which were confirmed using content validity and Cronbach's alpha test using SPSS software. In addition, in the quantitative part of the research, using strategic positioning and based on the SWOT method and the QSPM quantitative strategic planning matrix, the final strategies were formulated and prioritized. Based on the research results, 82 factors affecting the production of knowledge of the preservation of the Islamic Revolution were identified in the form of 23 central identifiers and 6 optional identifiers with the titles: key success factors, physical factors, cultural factors, human factors, interactive factors and strategic factors. By conducting strategic positioning, the basic strategies for the production of knowledge of the preservation of the Islamic Revolution were identified, including 8 axes and in order of priority as follows: building a scientific front with an idealistic approach, revolutionism and jihadi action; Islamization of the humanities with a transformational approach; achieving independence in thought and thinking; creating and developing a knowledge citation base to preserve the Islamic Revolution; needs assessment based on priority areas of the second step of the Islamic Revolution; territorial scientific planning and balanced and balanced development of capabilities; creating, integrating, and updating systems and creating a system of diplomacy and scientific cooperation of the Islamic Revolution were presented.

Read More Cognitive abilities related to the executive functions of the brain are divided into different categories by different researchers based on major theoretical frameworks in the field of neuropsychology. One of the most well-known frameworks includes seven abilities: memory, sustained attention, planning, decision-making, inhibitory control and selective attention, social cognition, and cognitive flexibility. According to the axioms of neuropsychology, since brain functions are related to behavior, neuropsychologists conclude that brain function leads to the emergence of the aforementioned abilities. On this basis, the aim of the present study is to identify the status of seven cognitive abilities in the performance of personnel in a military unit. In this regard, the status of each of the items related to cognitive abilities in the performance of personnel was questioned. To answer each of the questions, after reviewing and studying the theoretical foundations and research background and using the localized cognitive abilities questionnaire that was standardized for clinical work by Nejati in Iran; An attempt was made to revise the overall structure of the questionnaire according to the working environment of the employees of the unit in question and in accordance with their job mission. The validity of the questionnaire was measured using content validity and its reliability was also measured through Cronbach's alpha, and an alpha coefficient of (93.5) was obtained. 197 people were selected from the total statistical population of employees using the Morgan Krejci method. The results of data analysis showed that 94.4% of the respondents evaluated the memory status, 80.7% the sustained attention status, 89.8% the planning status, 91.9% the decision-making status, 85.3% the inhibitory control and selective attention status, 63.5% the social cognition status, and 89.8% the cognitive flexibility status in the performance of the employees of the unit in question as high and very high. The results of inferential analyses also showed that all the calculated statistics are significant at the p<..01 level. Considering the results obtained in each of the components of cognitive capabilities, it can be concluded that the seven cognitive capabilities mentioned above improve the performance of the employees of the unit in question with regard to matters related to them.
